Continuing education opportunities that help faculty navigate the research world.
ORAP’s mission is to help faculty create successful grant applications and research programs. The following opportunities take place every year, and give faculty the resources needed to excel in their field of research.
Each semester we offer 8-10, hour-long classes, which are designed to assist you with all areas of research development. Topics include budget planning, broader impact opportunities, supplementary documents, research compliance, and more.
Each semester the schedule varies and is often updated a month prior to classes beginning. Find the upcoming classes by visiting our calendar. Sign up early as class space is limited.

Thank you for your diligent review of our ARPA-E proposal and its components. With your careful review and attention to details, I was able to add the identified missing arguments which made for a convincing and successful proposal. I have personally learned a lot from working with you on several proposals over the last 2 years. The training I received through your grant writing course and one-on-one coaching has provided me with the critical elements needed for me to win my first major award. Thank you for being so committed, reliable and giving every question and review request your highest level of effort and attention. Your on-point comments impress me every time!
