- Cover Letter
- No longer than two pages, addressing your current research scholarship, or creative. Discuss goals for the future and how attending this workshop will assist meeting those goals.
- Chair/Director Letter of Support
- A memo, letter, or email from your department chair stating they understand the conditions of your attendance.
- CV or Biosketch
- Two-page CV or Biosketch.
