This matchmaking session focuses on how researchers studying human disease can collaborate with the College of Veterinary Medicine to utilize either naturally-occurring disease models or induced animal models to advance their research.

The goal of this session is to foster valuable interdisciplinary partnerships, highlight faculty research, and inspire unique and innovative broader impacts across the university. Presenters and attendees will be inspired by the scope and diversity of research across WSU.

• Presenters will pitch their projects to colleagues in a short 3 slide/5-minute overview that highlights the goals of their programs.
• Each session will feature 12 different presentations, providing diverse possibilities for potential collaborations.
