Executive Policy 41 sets requirements for collaborative work with Native American Tribes. Sharon Mail Kanichy and Ken Lokensgard of Tribal Relations/Native American Programs will discuss the basic requirements and how they may shape a grant proposal. They will pay particular attention to agreements and approvals with tribes, which are often required in such work.
